The governor has issued a stay at home order, in place indefinitely. Why he thinks glass is non-essential is anyone’s guess. Probably never had a nice warm piece of Tekta in his hands. Anyway, we are closed for the duration, which I’m hoping lets us re-open in mid May. Don’t see it happening much sooner than that, but this is the one time I’d like to be wrong.
Stay safe and stay home. The sooner everyone takes social distancing seriously the sooner we will all be able to get on with our lives. Right now I’m in the shop twice a week (mainly to check e-mail and collect snail mail), but that could change. Check here for updates. It really is only glass.
